In 2014, Caddick Construction were awarded the contract to construct a new BMW and Mini Car Dealership in Leeds by their client, Pendragon Property Holdings.
The new dealership included the showrooms, offices, workshops, plant rooms, canteens, a new site entrance and installation of infrastructure works that include services, drainage, main estate roads and landscaping.

BACKGROUND
In 2014, Caddick Construction were awarded the contract to construct a new BMW and Mini Car Dealership in Leeds by their client, Pendragon Property Holdings.
The new dealership included the showrooms, offices, workshops, plant rooms, canteens, a new site entrance and installation of infrastructure works that include services, drainage, main estate roads and landscaping.
Howard Civil Engineering was subsequently awarded the civil engineering and infrastructure packages.

Excavation for pile caps and ground beams
350m³ blinding
413m³ in reinforced concrete foundations; ground beams, pile caps and floor slabs
2,200m surface water drainage in pipes upto 750mm diameter
220m ACO drainage channel
External works including 740m³ reinforced concrete structures, slabs and retaining walls
3,000m precast kerbs
6,500m² block paving on a AC32 dense base course
