Work on this huge £100m redevelopment of Edge Lane Retail Park which will see the opening of 41 new shops and create 3,000 jobs commenced earlier this summer. The site’s owner, The Derwent Group, has appointed contractors Caddick Construction to build the shopping park.

When complete the shopping and leisure development, occupying three quarters of a mile of frontage onto Edge Lane, will be known as Liverpool Shopping Park and have parking for 1500 cars.

The ‘Western Quarter’ forms the first phase of the development and where Howard Civil Engineering will commence with a ground works package for Caddick Construction in December.
