A fifth scheme for Persimmon Homes has commenced in Harrogate. These works for the provision of adoptable infrastructure for 233 units alongside a S278 Work package to provide a new filter lane into site marks our fifth scheme for Persimmon Homes.

The Penny Pot Lane site is just a couple of miles away from our 144 unit Otley Road, Harrogate site, also for Persimmon Homes, which commenced in March. The Otley Road scheme also includes a filter lane and 230m cycleway S278 works package.

To the relief of local traffic the Germany Beck A19 junction in York is nearing completion with wearing course programmed for the end of this month. However, we will not be leaving this site yet as the first phase of roads and sewers for this 650 unit site is well underway. A 5m deep sewer diversion requiring a full well point dewatering system is keeping our gangs challenged.
