Food banks such as this one in Bradford have unfortunately become a lifeline for many of our local communities, so we thought it only fitting to ensure we endeavour to support those most vulnerable in Bradford this Christmastime.

In addition to a monetary donation to help fund Christmas hampers, Howard Civil Engineering has also donated toys and toiletry sets to the food bank’s grotto! Food bank users can visit the food bank, select toys or toiletry sets for their children, and then wrap them before taking them home to give to their loved ones.

Josie Barlow, manager at Bradford Food Bank, informed us that 400 people in the Bradford community would be receiving a Christmas hamper and over 600 others would be depending on the food bank over the Christmas period.
