Background

Healey Croft is a new development of nine affordable homes in Tingley, Wakefield. This scheme is being developed by Leeds City Council and delivered by our longstanding client, Willmott Dixon.

Howard Civil Engineering is undertaking groundworks and drainage works on this project.

Healey Croft sits just off the busy Westerton Road, meaning deliveries must be robustly planned and managed, and there are a number of existing dwellings close-by which also need utmost consideration.

Scope

  • Construction of adoptable highways and footpaths
  • Installation of S104 surface water and foul water drainage to service the development
  • Installation of reinforced precast concrete attenuation tank which provides the development with approx. 114,000 litres of storage capacity
  • Construction of deep mass-fill concrete foundations
  • Installation of paving and finishing works around dwellings

Trust us to deliver your project on time and on budget
