This is the fifth newsletter, providing you with information regarding the road works on Otley Road for the new Charles Church Residential Development.
During the past 4 weeks we have been continuing the widening work opposite the Charles Church development entrance.
2 way traffic signals continue to be in operation on Otley Road providing us with a safe zone in which to construct the works and also provide a safe route for the public while the footpath is under construction.
Road construction has progressed with the installation of 200m of kerbs, new gullies and new footpath construction. This past week a section of the new footpath has been surfaced.
During this week we will be preparing the site for the removal of the temporary traffic signals on Friday 21st. Otley Road will remain clear of traffic management for the 12 day close down period over Christmas and New Year.
They will be re erected again on 2nd January for the continuation of our works which are due to finish in March 2019.
