On a new site for Roomzzz, providers of serviced boutique apartments for short holiday and business breaks, Howard Civil Engineering are constructing a reinforced concrete undercroft parking structure at this river front location adjacent to the River Ouse.

Roomz will continue the build with a timber frame 4 storey building set upon our concrete slab elevated above ground level on short columns founded on pile caps.

A new flood wall at the rear the car park will improve flooding protection to the properties behind.

The serviced apartments are due for completion towards the end of 2018
