Persimmon Homes' development in Wilberfoss comprised a selection of two, three and four bedroom homes.
This was our first project for Persimmon Homes, installing the sewers and main carriageways for this new development of 44 plots.
A high water table and running sands were overcome through the installation of a dewatering system to progress the works.
Through proactively overcoming the unforeseen ground conditions, we were able to keep the affect of the poor ground conditions on the programme to a minimum.
