This new secondary school sited on the existing campus is part of the government’s commitment to refurbishing or re-building all new high schools throughout the country through the BSF program. This entailed a £47 million development of the campus which was awarded to Educo through a negotiated tender process. Due to a successful historical partnership Howard Civil Engineering were awarded the contract for all groundworks and infra-structure including hard landscaping.

  • Formation of sports pitches including hockey, tennis, football & rugby to sport England standards
  • Extensive paths and feature paving
  • Comprehensive drainage network including large diameter storage tanks (6,000m3)
  • Petrol interceptors and many kilometres of ducting and trenching to facilitate services
